- BAC recommended two changes to BFs grant funding program due to budgetary constraints: 1) lower total amount available to each project by $25,000; and 2) include O&M costs for reimbursement: $25,000 for nonprofits and $10,000 for reimbursement to private parties.

Jeff Flairty is on the ASTM E50 Environmental Assessment Committee and is working on developing guidance for implementing the property owner’s continuing obligations prescribed in the 2002 Brownfield amendments to CERCLA for property owners seeking to qualify for CERCLA landowner liability protections (“LLPs”).
