Jeff Flairty is on the ASTM E50 Environmental Assessment Committee and is working on developing guidance for implementing the property owner’s continuing obligations prescribed in the 2002 Brownfield amendments to CERCLA for property owners seeking to qualify for CERCLA landowner liability protections (“LLPs”).
