| Purpose of Meeting: | The Delaware Department of Transportation through its Planning Division is hosting an Informational Public Meeting Thursday, November 19, 2009 regarding revised regulations for access to state-maintained roads and for planning, design, construction, and acceptance for maintenance of subdivision streets. The meeting will consist of a having the proposed regulations available for display, providing other written materials and answering questions. The meeting is not required by law, but is one of many ways DelDOT is providing the public with opportunities to learn more about revisions to the Standards and Regulations for Subdivision Streets and State Highway Access. |
