After you sign up and create a profile at Twitter.com (the service is free), you can then subscribe to view tweets from Delaware State Agencies. The State Agencies below tweet short text messages about State news and events. You can subscribe to receive those text messages directly on your cell phone or personal digital assistant (PDA). (You can also view them on the Web without subscribing.) The State of Delaware has been using Twitter to publish alerts, news, events, and more, since 2008.
