The Developmental Disabilities Council provides resources for parents, caregivers and teachers for transitioning disabled teens and young adults to adulthood. The Developmental Disabilities Council's mission is to work to ensure that people with developmental disabilities enjoy the same quality of life as the rest of society.

The Governor’s Advisory Council For Exceptional Citizens (GACEC) serves as the review board for policies, procedures and practices related to the delivery of services for all residents with exceptionalities or disabilities in Delaware from birth to death.

ASSIST On-Line is an online quesitonaire which lets Delawareans including caregivers check eligibility and apply for assistance. The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) offers answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
