VETS2TECHS is a non-profit organization dedicated to linking employers to veterans and family members. The program originated with the development of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard Employment Outreach Program by SGT Jon Skipper. When Jon retired, he and the cofounders formed VETS2TECHS and decided to work with the Oil and Propane Industry. VETS2TECHS is well known for their work in Fourteen states and their work with the National Guard Bureau. VETS2TECHS is well known for asking unit commanders to allow employers to visit their units during drill weekends so employers can speak with unit members about the employment opportunities each employer have to offer. The organization is also well known for hosting and cohosting virtual career fairs as well as in person events.
