Mary Elizabeth Huff has provided behavioral health counseling to military service members and their families from 2009-2010 and 2012-present. She has served all branches of the military, including Active Duty, Veterans and Reserves.

Her areas of expertise include life transitions, deployment and reintegration, chronic pain, illness, disabilities, loss, grief, depression, anxiety, and anger management. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based methods, appropriately adapted for each individual client, to promote measurable results.

Mary has worked in various for-profit and non-profit settings since 1979, including financial institutions, hospitals, hospice, and community service agencies. She completed one-year internships in Wilmington, DE at Christiana Care Health System's Family Medicine Practice and the Veteran's Administration Medical Center's Mental Health Clinic.

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Widener University and a Master of Social Service degree from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.

Mary provides individual and family therapy at her office in Wilmington, DE, as well as support groups, in-service presentations, customized workshops and community education programs.
