About the Partner / Provider

Delaware Center for Homeless Veterans (DCHV) is a veterans specific nonprofit utilizing the housing first model to provide veterans-specific housing, intensive case management, and supportive services since 2009. Our supportive services include employment services, emergency, transitional and permanent housing for veterans of all socioeconomic backgrounds. DCHV was founded by veterans to help veterans. We understand the needs of and work well with military and veterans' cultures normally misunderstood by other nonprofits.
